Bring your cylinder to the shop. We check your visual + hydro on file (or stamp it the first time), top you up, and have it ready in 20–30 minutes. No appointment needed for air; nitrox by reservation so we can blend.

Workflow
Walk into the shop. Hand the cylinder over the counter — we tag it with your name and a turnaround time. Punch card customers get scanned then, not later.
Visual inspection sticker valid 12 months · hydro stamp valid 5 years. Lapsed? We can do the visual on the spot; hydro goes to a partner test station (3 days). Ask at the counter for the current visual price.
Air fills run continuous; nitrox blends are queued and analysed before stickering. Average wait 20 min air, 30–45 min nitrox.
Tank ready on the back rack. Pay cash, business's own card terminal, or punch the card. We sticker the analyser tag for nitrox before you leave.
Safety · we will refuse a fill if
Local law and PADI five-star standards say the same thing: a compressor only fills inspected, in-spec cylinders. We've turned down regulars and we'll turn down strangers — sorry, but it's how nobody gets hurt.
Visual sticker missing or older than 12 months
We can run the visual on the spot — ask at the counter for the current price.
Hydro stamp older than 5 years
Test station in town, 3-day turnaround. Inquire on WhatsApp.
Visible damage — dents, gouges, deep corrosion, valve damage
Cylinder retired. We'll help you get it scrapped responsibly.
Not O₂-cleaned (for nitrox > 32%)
Air is fine, nitrox is not. Ask at the counter about our annual O₂-clean service.
Tank-fill FAQ
Yes, if it's within 12 months and reads PADI/SDI/EUDI standard. Bring the cylinder; we'll confirm at the counter. If we can't read the sticker, the visual gets re-done on the spot.
Of course — bring it before 17:00, we'll lock it in the back rack. Pickup from 08:00 next day. No overnight fee for under 24h; longer storage Cg 5/day.
Standard pricing per cylinder applies — twin-sets are two fills. Stage bottles with O₂ > 40% require pure-O₂ booster service (Cg 60/fill, by reservation). 100% O₂ is decompression-only and requires Tec cert.
No. The tank-fill register is the dive shop's safety record — kept inside their own system, against the cylinder serial. Brasata never holds inspection or fill records.
